What is social media marketing? It is known as Viral marketing via internet. Viral marketing is a strategy and process for distributing electronic messages to be a channel for communicating product information to the public a widespread and growing. Viral marketing through the Internet evolved, which duplicate itself into more and more, like working a computer virus. Viral marketing requires Internet network connection in use.




Professor Andreas Kaplan and Michael Haenlein state that for the success of a viral marketing must meet three criteria as follows:
